      Pros

      Free glasses every year you work for the company and free eye exams. Employee sale of 75% off glasses every few months

      Cons

      You will not receive any commission if the whole team does not make their sales goals for the week or month. After 6 years of working for the company, I went from making $11.50 per hour to $14.08 an hour. There has been no cost of living adjustment for my pay.
