Continues payroll reduction: over the past 6 years, the available payroll hours have been steady declining, This has led to significant challenges in staffing and maintaining adequate coverage on the sales floor. Turn over is very high.. in the 6 years I was with LC, I had to hire someone every 2-3 months. Increasing responsibilities with limited support. As a Store Manager you are expected to wear too many hats than the normal.
