Pros
Lenscrafters does great community service through the Gift of Sight fondation. Also, you were able to help less fortunate people and give them perscription eyeware at no charge.
Cons
Unfortunatly Luxottica Retail expects store teams to work miracles. They consistantly cut hours expecting store teams to maintain an excellent level of sevice with minimal coverage on the floor.
