      People there are nice to work with. It's a great entry level job to learn the business.

      Cons

      Management is always on you even when your doing a great job. A lot of upper management are not experienced in the optical industry.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
