Pros

Supportive and welcoming culture with genuinely friendly colleagues. I've had lots of opportunities to learn and develop, I have personally always felt encouraged to contribute ideas. The business trusts people to take ownership and there is a real focus on continuous improvement.

Cons

I haven't experienced any significant downsides during my time at LendInvest so far.

Great office with good amenities (free coffee, soft drinks treats) Friendly staff and good culture, regular staff nights (quiz, BBQ, mini golf etc) Good at employing people with no mortgage background(typically if you've worked in another financial services provider with transferable skills they'll consider you) Opportunity to grow by taking on challenges that would be siloed in other organisations.

Cons

Pension not as generous as other financial institutions.
