The interview process was quite smooth, except for being completely ghosted after the final round. A rejection email would have been appreciated, rather than being left hanging and waiting, even though I emailed Kasia (the Talent Acquisition Specialist) multiple times for an update.
The technical interview was fairly straightforward, as we mainly discussed my technical background and experience. The final stage was supposed to be an interview with the CTO and Head of Engineering to assess my cultural fit and motivations for working at Lendinvest. However, it ended up being more technical than the actual technical interview.
