-The work environment is toxic. -Management is flawed and lacks leadership skills. -They overwork their staff and don’t see a problem with it because they think paying ₦5K for overtime should be enough. -The customer support team is undervalued, as demonstrated by a manager's remark during a peak period, implying that they are the least important part of the company in her words "bottom barrel" of the company. -The Head of QA, Josephine, is mean and makes life difficult for anyone who disagrees with her. She hides under the excuse of "correcting" people, but if you try to defend yourself, she makes things worse for you. She’s power-drunk and makes decisions based on emotions, not logic. She played a big role in why many customer support agents resigned. -The promotion process lacks transparency and meritocracy, appearing to favor personal relationships over actual performance and contributions.
