      Fair, good pay, good benefits, employees are valued, fast pace work, always learning something new, good people in the organization from the bottom up.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive, experience is not what it used to be from the bottom up, people are not always on the same page

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
