Pros

I have been with the company for 1+ years now and it truly has changed my life. The commission structure is uncapped which truly allows you to build your own paycheck. LaserAway has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

If you are not motivated and invigorated by challenges, then this job is not for you. This is not an admin job.

Pros

LaserAway has given me incredible opportunities for growth, earning potential, and continuous education, all while staying focused on expansion and delivering exceptional care to patients. Hard work is truly recognized here, and staying dedicated to your role can lead to meaningful growth and success. I’ve personally experienced this firsthand and look forward to continuing my journey for many years to come.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but anyone interested in joining LaserAway should know the aesthetic industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving. LaserAway regularly updates protocols, treatments, and processes to stay innovative and competitive, which keeps the work exciting and engaging. Success here requires adaptability, a growth mindset, and a willingness to continuously learn.

Pros

free treatments, co workers i met

Cons

oh my god lol. this is a horrible place to work as a nurse. i worked for LA for 2 years and I have never been happier to not work there. My life got better when i left, that’s when you know it’s bad. the double and triple bookings just keeps getting worse, it’s an impossible schedule to keep up with. at the end of my time there, some patients were waiting over an hour before rescheduling their appointment because of how behind the nurses get. it’s a very unsafe work environment. Management is terrible and micromanage. A PCC told me once that they watch us on the cameras and get mad if a nurse is sitting down for too long (like 10 mins)…. like what? but to anyone that currently works there, there are far better places to work. the company that i work for now is AMAZIMG and pays better with no double bookings and actually respects their nurses and the opinion of the nurses lol. double and triple bookings are not “an industry standard” like management likes to say. LA has a very very bad reputation in the aesthetics space, and for good reason. all they care about is money and will do anything, literally anything to increase revenue. it’s disgusting.
