Pros
This place had been very good to me personally and to its employees. I came as a low-skilled person and I made so many mistakes, yet the management people were very caring, trained me to be skillful in what I'm doing and let me learn from my mistakes to improve my skills. Most of the time I hate my leaders for correcting me when I make mistakes but then I realized that it is their job to make sure I did my job really well and what I have been paid for. I can now enjoy my new career because of my leaders at this place. So I am forever grateful to this place and the leaders.
Cons
I don't think there is any downside to this place as everything they applied from the consequences and penalties applied to its employees were based on the government rules and did not violate my right as an employee. I think it's just the compatibility between the company and the employee that does not match. For example, I came late to work and they warned me about coming on time before applying the penalty. I was upset but I also know that the company did not do any mistake giving a warning to me to come on time. I took being punctual lightly and because of the training from this place, I can be punctual at my current workplace. I'm not sure to call this as the downside, I think the company is very good at managing its people and reinforcing the company rules which caused people like me who (sometimes) want to just "relax" and do nothing to feel pressured. But hey that was me a long time ago and I have now changed, thanks to the leaders of the company who tirelessly helped me to grow and I really appreciated it. I guess my final statement is this: in every Cons that I'm going to write here was all about the wrongdoings of my inability in doing my job and it is the company's job to make sure I did what I had to do that time, so I completely understand it.
