Language Studies Indonesia interview questions

Online group interview that feels like a lecture. At first, I'd think it would be a FGD kind of interview but instead we're only listening to the interviewer almost like 80% of the interview. Less talking time for the interviewee. The worst part is the interviewer talked us into agreeing to let our diploma get taken as a "liability" or "collateral." Almost felt like being gaslit. Why work for an employer that doesn't trust its employees?
