Pros
The pay is... decent... for a place that will hire you without any degrees. And they WILL hire you if you have a pulse.
Cons
- Extremely draconian attendance system. They do not care if you are sick, injured, or have car troubles, you WILL be punished if you don't come in. - They will switch your schedule around with no warning. But if you request pto over 1 month in advance, they will likely reject it. They will never give you the same flexibility they expect of you. -You will be punished for things that are not your fault -Understaffed with high turnover rate - Crazy micromanaging from supervisors - An extremely unrealistic production number you are expected to meet.
