      Pros

      At Leaders I feel fully supported and get encouraged to try progress up the ladder which hasn't happened at my previous jobs but I feel managers really try to push you to the best of your ability.

      Cons

      Change over in staff happens a lot but you'd expect this in while working in an estate agents.
