LRG interview questions

Really positive, relaxed and felt like they cared more about me as a person and my values rather than a degree or experience which made me feel relaxed and like i was more than just a number.

First round at their office in Salford. Second round via teams with a staff member from London office. The first round felt somewhat relaxed, in a good way, asking questions and myself and why I felt suited to the role. The second round was slightly more formal.
