We were an independent company that came under the LRG umbrella just prior to the Corona Virus lockdown in 2020. During these difficult times, the LRG leadership have been incredibly supportive, and communication throughout has been excellent. The well-being of staff is clearly a high priority for them. On a business level, there have been some procedural changes but, on the whole, we haven't noticed any real difference to the way we operate. We still retain the Scott Fraser 'essence', but have the backup of a major organisation behind us. For people new to the business, there is a clear progression path, and lots of training opportunities. Even for agents who have been in the industry for a number of years (I have thirty years under my belt!) there are courses that are incredibly useful - including the excellent Leadership Academy. There are lots of other staff benefits too, including discounts for stores and services, which is great! My experience so far has been very positive.
