Pros

Overall there is a great culture in the company that is exhibited from the top down. A sign of this is during the recent pandemic there were regular updates whether people were furloughed or working, that the updates came from the head of the company who took interest in what was going on only made this better. During my time working for the company I can honestly say it was a very positive experience and it is clear to see that there is a real drive to improve and invest in those who work for the company.

Cons

Support from the various departments is excellent and while there are always those who do not live the company values there are also always those who will listen and help when this occurs

It is important to us that our staff feel supported and we believe this showed during the recent pandemic with regular communication from senior management and regular support across the company from our mental health first aiders.
