Pros

Leaders were a fantastic company to work for! Brilliant training, great time and clear objectives. Really are great at what they do the team I worked with had a load of experience that they were happy to share.

Cons

This is not a con nor criticism. The only advice I would give someone stepping into an estate agent world that hasn't worked in the industry before is that weekends are a big part of the job. A lot of business can happen on weekends, so you need to bare this in mind.
