Thank you for all your feedback. On the “pro” feedback we do strive to have a great culture and create an environment of constant learning, which I am glad you experienced. I am very sorry to hear about your experience on the “cons” side because that is the opposite of what we feel we are creating. I am one of the leaders, and founders, and I know we are constantly monitoring to make sure we have the right number of resources to match the workload and are creating an environment for our coworkers to succeed. That is always one of the biggest challenges and most important areas of focus for us as a professional services company. We also pay close attention to rewarding outstanding performance based on setting clear, achievable targets for our team members. As for your last comment, I certainly feel engaged as well and also know the rest of the senior leadership team is, but you did not experience that which is regrettable.
