      Pros

      The team I work with is amazing, with great teamwork and chemistry. People in the office are very polite and welcoming. As I am a newcomer, I get amazing support from the team I work with. I am never overloaded and overwhelmed with tasks with tight deadlines to meet. I'm always given enough time to complete my tasks. I have a lot of fun in my role.

      Cons

      With the amount of time being here (1 month as of now), I haven't noticed any issues or problems at LMP.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
