      Pros

      I'm having a fantastic experience working at Lima. The team are made up of genuinely lovely, authentic and supportive people who are willing to share knowledge and equally keen for progress and to learn new ways of working. The leadership is inclusive with goals shared regularly and always willing to listen. While hard work is required, it’s a great place to work!

      Cons

      Not really. Small cons you can get with smaller businesses.
