      There is free parking on site.

      Cons

      Constant change of management and departmental direction. Employees put under pressure with overbearing workload. Lack of official training. High turn over of staff. Poor structure and organisation of tasks within teams due to the above.

      The latter part of 2022 saw LIMA work very hard to reduce the staff turnover and successfully bring in new talent with the assistance of a recruitment expert from within the industry. 2023 is shaping up to be just as great for positive change with the appointment of a new CEO! Along with investment in industry specific training throughout the business.
