Busy - Sales Associate/Cashier LAP Management Employee Review

I Chose this job because its five minutes from my home.

The owners need to be more aware of the asst mgt abusive ways

Pay is reasonable for the area.

Very micro managed. Employees work out of fear. You are walking on egg shells. Employees report misinformation. Management tells you that when guests complain they are always trying to get something and the same for the employees.... everyone is out to get them. They are not focused on the guest or employee experience but revenue.if your staff is happy your guests will be happy....it was not a good environment for me.
