Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review.
I’m sorry you feel that way about HO communication. We communicate twice weekly with the boutiques via the Retail Bulletin which contains all the information that the retail teams need in relation to campaigns, important information etc. With the Boutiques being closed, this is now being communicated once a week. Any other messages are cascaded down via the Head of Region.
From a pay perspective, we pay competitively however, we appreciate that this is personal to the individual.
Finally, our internal promotion stat sits at 73% which is something we are proud of. Like any business that has a HO based in a major city, it does mean that it is hard to offer opportunities unless people are willing to re-locate however, we encourage our employees to discuss this at review time with their Managers so that we can identify people who are able to re-locate.
