Pros

- The management and store team were lovely and welcoming. - Streamlined processes for packaging, customer service delivery, and store behaviours. - Helpful resources to learn about products and how certain ingredients work. Exponential growth for cosmetic knowledge.

Cons

- Almost no shifts. Very preferential to certain casuals without explanation. - Management was often unprofessional and struggled to communicate criticism or reasons for no shifts despite promising higher hours in the interview. - Steep learning curve when it comes to store processes, and senior employees were not forgiving of newcomers. - Very clique-y culture and almost no team diversity. Preferential towards candidates and/or workers with similar backgrounds.
