Pros
- benefits for part-timers - awesome discount for employees
Cons
- gratis use to be really good but now the company is cheap and gives out practically nothing - sometimes upper management doesn't listen to front line workers - not all stores follow the same policy....different store seems to make their own rules and when customers come do a return, they always compare it to another store that broke the rules
