Pros
The only pro that I can think of is the staff discount, given that you've been made permanent and its after your 3 month probation period.
Cons
Where to start? From the interview until the day I started working for Kurt Geiger in a very well known Dublin city department store, it was the most negative working environments I've ever experienced. The staff turn over Is huge and its no surprise why. Bullying tactics are used by the branch manager and floor managers with constant nit-picking and extremely poor interpersonal relationships with their staff I.e. Not acknowledging staff whatsoever, addressing personal matters with staff on a busy shop floor, sarcastic undertones to any conversation had. Personally I tried to distance myself and buckle down to work from all the bickering and negativity amongst staff and management but that became impossible due to the management constantly being on your back. When high sales are achieved it is not praised, but everyday the branch manager/managers are quick to tell you exactly what you're doing Is not good enough. There are no incentives to do well and as a person who enjoys working in retail, you're enthusiasm quickly fades away. All in all, a very disorganised company whom couldn't care less about staff morale and don't know the meaning of respect earns respect.
