Kurt Geiger interview questions

Twice now I have been ghosted by both KG and Carvela stores in the Arndale with regards for scheduling an interview. I've emailed back 3 times asking for clarification and have not had a response yet. Why reach out to candidates and give them false hope for an interview just to ghost them, and how hard is it to reply to a simple email. Just pure incompetence and carelessness.

The first round interview questions were standard but my interviewer seemed quite agitated and rolled her eyes during my interview, I was quite nervous and this made me feel very dismissed.
