Pros

Having health insurance and a flavored water dispenser

Cons

The current "leadership", despite not interacting with the majority of operations employees for the past year since being appointed the position, and sales leadership demolishing the operations department by firing tenured project managers left and right, not providing support for in-office operations managers causing them to quit due to overworking and poor compensation for their extensive duties beyond what they should be responsible for, and causing low morale for the in-office project coordination team while piling the work of two project managers onto the remaining PMs.

Pros

I am absolutely thrilled to be working at Kompan. I feel privileged and rewarded to get to bring fun, fitness and health solutions to society. I think the office has some really fun perks like specialty coffee days, holiday events, etc. While all companies can have their hiccups and Kompan is working through a bit of growing pains, I think the people are fantastic. This is an oasis of growth and opportunity compared to the toxic and downsizing environments that many working in tech face.

Cons

As a result of tremendous growth, the company has some growing pains to work through. It's a good problem to have.

Pros

The company and its products are world class. As an employee, you feel like you are truly an important part of your community in which you sell.

Cons

The pay is terrible for all the things that you are responsible for as a DSR. The commission structure is always changing, and not for the benefit of the employee. The tiered commission structure is very unfair and ignores the reality of how the sales happen. I spoke to management about my future and it feels like they don't have a growth plan for high performing reps.
