Pros
- Unlike a lot of sales orgs, you are set-up for success and to consistently hit quota as long as you put the work in. - The Comp plan is great, the money here genuinely has been life changing and you will be likely find yourself earning significantly more than other people in your age group. Work-life balance is also good, naturally you do have to put some extra hours in to succeed but this isn’t a constant throughout the year and holiday allowance is better than most places. - My direct leadership team are great, there’s no micro-management and they are always there when needed, they are also all genuinely nice people who care, you’re not just a number. - Overall, the company is a very efficient and well-oiled machine with a market leading product, that is constantly evolving to retain that status.
