Extreme pressure and excessive amount of work

You're micromanaged and treated like a child
Hierarquical and toxic culture
Enourmous amount of stricts policies - there's no way to even keep track of them
No trust, no autonomy, no flexibility
High turnover - the entire CSM team has left and keeps leaving
Team is always stressed, anxious, overworked
No real and inspiring leadership
This is a unique company, like no other - definitely the worst experience of my life
