Flexible office hours, check in and check out can be done anytime as long as you complete your hours, if you don't complete your hours you can ask your manager to adjust them
Cons
I had increment once As a fresher I got 8% Which is not at all acceptable People usually get 80-100% increment when they are freshers We only had increment once No variable pay was given
