- Salary Payments are always on time. - Clear rules to follow on staff handbook - Does not usually fire people unless major loss
Cons
- Japanese hierarchy - Some people not in the right department (especially middle/upper management) - Local Japanese middle and upper management will switch in 3-5 years, they almost don't care about the developments of the local (they only care for their own achievements - which is to make no mistakes or major incidents) - Low salary increase per year - lower than inflation
