Pros

Looks like a professional work place.

Cons

Management is so poor, the HR and management are involved in many unprofessional, unworthy and unfit work. Management at Japan needs to really investigate why people move out of the company and how Hr at sydney has her aides to trouble all the people who left. Heard so many scandals at Sydney office and top management needs to review the office and their decisions.

Pros

Nothing that I saw except easy job interview due to high employee turnover

Cons

Managers are unreasonable and unprofessional. Most employees have high school diploma. If you are not Japanese, don't work here because you will be treat as a second class of citizen. Staff is not helpful because of jealousy. They will make sure that you leave the company if you have a bachelor's degree because they are afraid that you will make more than them

Cons

I worked at Kintetsu's (KWE) office at Newcastle in England, wasn't with the company very long but believe I gained enough insight to write this review. Had hoped I would have been treated as an equal since I was on the same pay grade as others, but this was not the case, was instead given the bulk of mundane tasks to do, so felt underutilized in this respect, also there appeared to be a culture of paranoia throughout the whole company, in the time I was there computer system was locked down, website access was filtered, and was informed even deletion of a single email or the changing of a subject line was a sack able offence. Leadership leaves a lot to be desired at this location, those in a position of authority are ill equipped to manage others as they exert their influence through shouting, intimidation and ridicule of other which myself and other members of staff felt fostered a bad atmosphere at times, because of this, it was difficult to gauge when it might be safe to talk or crack a joke at times. Very little effort was made to provide training, which is just as well, as I found the training provider to be quit arrogant, impatient and hostile, and only interested in showing the absolute basics. I was hesitant to ask questions as was constantly reminder how busy people were, so they couldn't spare the time to show me anything. There was discontent, low morale and even a power struggle playing out prior to me joining the company at this location, faced with a rebellion on their hand I got the impression upper management decided the best course of action was to employ someone that they seen as being disposable, so as harsh as it may be, they could demonstrate what would happen to those that remain if they continue to be disobedient. Please consider this review is based on my own honest personal experience with this employer, and if you are considering working for this company then your experience may well be positive, but I feel without significant restructuring, the situation is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
