Director of E-commerce - Director of E-Commerce Kink.com Employee Review

I've worked at kink for almost 12 years and I've seen the company grow and change in many ways. The pros include - catered lunches, flexible schedules, unlimited vacation, relaxed atmosphere, creative coworkers, profit sharing and last but far from least dog friendly, I've found HR dept to be responsive and professional in all my dealing with them and our CEO/Executive team keep an open door policy with staff.

We no longer operate out of the San Francisco Armory it was and remains and incredible space- some would say this is a Pro however.

There were a couple of good employees there. I loved working with the film crew and all of the models.

1. Peter ( CEO) is a complete sociopath and proud of it. One of the worst human beings I’ve ever met. He lies straight to your face to avoid confrontation. He literally steals property from people that come to work there and refuses to reimburse expenses and payment for services. Then there is his “mini me” consultant JP who only fires people that he’s intimidated by. Both are known for fabricating information and making defamatory statements in order to justify being awful human beings.
