Pros

- flexible working arrangement - competitive benefits

Cons

clear culture of favoritism - prioritize employees based on their ability to engage with their leads rather than their actual work performance and capabilities heavy presence of office politics - particularly frustrating aspect is the lack of support and guidance from direct managers. When seeking assistance with challenges – something we were explicitly instructed to do – the response is not helpful problem-solving but rather a barrage of questioning directed back at the employee. career advice - particularly when coupled with the lack of support for career progression and the prevailing office politics, When inquiring about promotion opportunities and seeking constructive feedback on areas for improvement, the response received was dismissive and unhelpful. The blanket statement about a "global approach" without any specific guidance on skill development or future prospects, feels less like a strategic decision and more like a convenient way to avoid addressing individual employee growth, possibly influenced by internal political considerations

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
