- Great brands with rich history

Cons

- Difficult to work for management - lacks direction and with heavy favoritism. This makes culture hard to shift - Limited growth opportunities - Under-resourced in multiple departments , so there's heavy overtime - slow to react to processes at times due to red tape - company values not ingrained as preached
