Pros

If you are lucky, you may get a comparable pay. A few well-known brands. Depending on your department you may get some reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

Great example of a passive-aggressive culture, where it’s all about survival at any cost. You’re on your own when it comes to career development; absolutely no company support. Constant cost cutting seems to be the only way to manage the business. Very few to no promotional opportunities; career development rotations ceased to exist about 4 years ago. Notion of employee motivation doesn’t exist. Obsolete performance management system, where people are managed by fear of getting a low rating at the end of the year.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
