      Pros

      Most friendly place I've ever worked. Great products to work on with an innovative and inventive team developing them. Salaries are good for the area and industry. Resolute focus on the business plan.

      Cons

      Young and junior marketing staff given too much responsibility too soon and this sadly shows in mistakes made by them. Talent Development was virtually non-existent while I worked with them. The organisation is too small in Europe to support effective development and the company rarely invests in international opportunities. Bonus scheme is below industry norm.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
