Kimberly-Clark is a good place to work. It's a solid company, and work-life balance is a focus for most managers. - Anonymous employee Kimberly-Clark Employee Review

Pros

Relatively strong company in a fairly steady industry. They have been around a long time and have many capable employees in a good community (Neenah, WI headquarters). Good people with whom I've worked.

Cons

Hierarchy. No one in upper management cares to ask ot listen to employees. There is too much red tape and lack of communication between departments which have become more and more separated over the years.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

Cons

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
