KCP Became a Company I No Longer Recognized - Sales Kimberly-Clark Employee Review

Pros

Good medical and dental benefits, 401(k)

Cons

With the exception of a small handful of truly decent human beings, Sales leadership at Kimberly-Clark Professional has always been run by the Band of Brothers who came up together, promote each other, and who are complicit. If you do not fit in with that inner circle, you are constantly striving to prove why you deserve to be there. You are only as good as your last big sale. And that often seems to be not enough. If you are fortunate to have one of the 2 or 3 district team leaders who truly cares about the human and not just the numbers in the spreadsheet and that knows how to coach and mentor, your opportunities are logarithmically enhanced.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
