      - in general good company to work for. - good opportunities if you are willing to relocate. - flexible company and good salary compared with other companies.

      - relocation is often necesary for career advancement - talent might be filled with external resources instead of internal resources

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
