      Good 401K and great people.

      Cons

      The leadership team lacks vision and will often hold their direct reports to a higher standard then they hold themselves. Retaliation is an accepted part of the professional sectors culture.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
