      Pros

      Above average salary and benefits. Nicely appointed offices. Good physical working environment at production facilities (clean, air-conditioned, safe).

      Cons

      The management team is completely incompetent. The place is full of back-stabbing ladder-climber wanna-bees. The company touts its reputation as an R&D leader and it's history of innoviation. Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing in the new product pipeline, manly due to an employee base overly focused on playing politics above getting work done.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
