Pros
Use to be decent pay and benefits. Use to be able to have an oppurtunity for advancement in career. Had flexibility in time off for different reasons.
Cons
No good morale left and management (SO CALLED ----LEADERSHIP) doesn't care at all. They tell you that "if you don't like it, go somewhere else to work." They have done nothing to build onto what Loudon has been about and accomplished for 18 years. Since their arrival, they have done nothing but take things and jobs away from the employees and are very "just numbers" oriented. They have not shown any concern toward employee morale or how they feel about their employment at KC. They have a track record of reducing workforce and increasing the stress and hatred of working for KC Loudon. They are so blinded by just focusing on numbers and cost, that they have not even noticed that their real success is in the people. PEOPLE ARE A COMPANY'S BEST ASSETS. They will lie to you about reasons for decisions being made and blame it on the corporation. "Like we are that damn stupid." The CEO (C_ries E_very O_ppurtunity) whines about not meeting expectations and decides to eliminate jobs and people wellfare and lives that they have put into the company, and what does he personally do? HE AND HIS EXECs POCKET THERE MONEY IN BONUSES, be it in stock and options or cash. He acts like KC is being too good to their employees in their benefits and compensation, so they reduce it and blame it on the economy and act like they are being more competitive with other companies by comparison. Well, lets look at THEIR benefits and compensation compared to those same companies and see if they are in the same light. Senior management for KC seems to be setting examples for the leadership at Loudon, they only seem to care about their own wellfare and pockets.
