Pros

Great benefits! Affordable insurance premiums, great PTO, half day Fridays!

Cons

Management gets all the credit for doing none of the work. The grades 13/12/11 do work well above pay grade but are not recognized for it. Company running lean and causing many to do multiple jobs but must maintain same level. There is an ungodly amount of change right now and the lower tiers suffer for it.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
