      Pros

      Excellent place to start your career and learn everything you need to know in how to be sucessfull going forward. Great benefits, facilities, and opportunity to grow. Many people there for life. For me it simply gave me the foundational knowledge and culture education on corporate America that I was able to take elsewhere. KC employees are highly marketable for other big time jobs!

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say except that the salary increases yearly even for performance were kind of lame. Usual COLA type stuff for a corporation.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
