The pay structure is awful and way below market rate for the roles we do and the workload of 2-3 ppl at a time. Most places give an 8-10% bonus at the end of the year and another 7% raise. This 2.5% won’t even cover the rising cost of everting. At this rate I’m making less than I was when I was hired. The benefits package is awful you pay so much each month and it covers nothing. Urgent care cost me almost $700 and I have the gold plan.
