Pros

Very hard to say much here, but what I will say is the package is fairly good and the flexibility makes the role on paper seem appealing. The reality however is so different,

Cons

Without trying to sound like a disgruntled employee, I will do my very best to keep this factual. Having been here some time and seen numerous changes. Its clear that Keyloop is rotten to its core, with horrendous red taping, rule by fear attitude, and lack of accountability widespread throughout the business, Keyloop is the definition of unorganised chaos. Naturally this has trickled its way down to all areas of management and not only affects the customer but every staff member. Never have I worked for a company that is so blaze about the customers opinions and feelings, Its hardly surprising that Keyloop have such a bad reputation within the automotive industry. Feedback is generally totally ignored, not considered and changes are often implemented without any real thought process behind them. I'd like to say these issues were isolated to my department but speaking with peers accross the business and from reading reviews its clear the issues lie in almost all areas. Most hard workers have either been made redundant, or quit due to the company culture, and can you really blame them?
