However, the overall process lacked transparency and timely communication. After multiple interview rounds and significant time investment, feedback was delayed or unclear. Candidates would benefit from more consistent updates and better expectation management throughout the hiring process.
Proposal was given. But with no proper reason rejected with no further feedback although requested.
