I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Keyloop (UK) in Nov 2025
Interview
Throughout the process, communication was handled almost exclusively through phone and video calls, with no follow-up or confirmation emails. This made it difficult to keep track of updates and expectations.
Additionally, the recruiter’s English proficiency was limited, which sometimes led to misunderstandings. While I understand they are fluent in Polish, clearer communication in English would have made the process smoother for an international candidate.
Another issue was the lack of timely updates. We had agreed on a specific date to receive the interview result, but I was not contacted as promised. I later learned the recruiter had been on holiday, yet there was no prior notice, rescheduling, or email informing me of the delay.
Finally, I was told by the recruiter’s manager that salary approval requires multiple levels of management and can take several weeks. While this may be an internal process, it would have been helpful to set expectations earlier so candidates can plan accordingly.
Overall, better communication, clearer timelines, and more transparent processes would significantly improve the candidate experience.
